What are our productions times ? 
We're a small family-run company, and all of our products are made to order in Perth, WA. All of our products are bespoke and are lovingly created individually with care by our team. Please allow 1-3 days for production PLUS delivery/ shipping time for all products and samples). We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to get your order to you in time. However, please note that turnaround time may be longer than stated during sale periods, the lead up to over the Christmas holiday period.

How will my products be shipped ? 
All our products are shipped in a customised secure packaging using various couriers such as Auspost and TNT and are fully tracked for optimised delivery.

We require your full name, email address, telephone number and shipping address for all orders. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.  

We pay for insurance via our couriers to protect our product and your purchase. As they are insured, these items with likely require a signature on delivery, meaning you will need to be home to receive the delivery.  If you are not home, our delivery partners will leave a card, and you will need to liaise with them directly regarding re delivery. However, Jack Harry and Ollie cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. Please visit our courier for their delivery Terms & Conditions.

My backing paper on my peel and stick wallpaper is scrunched?

The backing on our products is made from paper, which may scrunch or slightly crease during transit or installation. That won't affect the end product in any way and will smooth out when you apply it.

How can I pay for my order?

If you order online you can by by all normal payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple and Googlepay. You can also visit our bricks and Mortar store also and pay using the same methods.

Will I be notified once my order has been placed?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you get in touch before put your order into production we can change or cancel your order, no hassle! Please contact us via email or call to discuss. We cannot accept changes or cancellations if production has already started as all orders are custom made.

I have a discount code why is it not working?

All discount codes have a limited availability time of use. Unfortunately we cannot reactivate these sale codes once that time has passed.

My prints do not resemble my screen colour. What's wrong?

There will be slight colour variance to what may your screen displays. We always suggest ordering a sample before purchasing your final product if you need a specific colour.

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $150.00

Standard post: Please allow up to 10 business days depending on location. You can track your parcel using the link sent to you.  Please be aware there are currently postal delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We also offer an express post option in Australia. You can choose this option at checkout. Production times remain as stated. The express shipping option simply allows for faster postage. But please contact us via email if you need your order expedited, we may be able to accommodate your request. 

International:

We will post internationally, though we charge freight storewide. 

As all countries have different duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to investigate if any duties are payable on overseas orders. 

Customers from the European Union:

You will incur taxes, you will be responsible for these charges, which are determined by your local customs authority.  Jack Harry and Ollie is not responsible for any further shipping, insurance or import charges once your item has left us in Perth, Australia.
